Tennessee Pictures.....Finally!

So here are finally some pictures of our time here so far in Tennessee. We are currently renting a house in Portland, which is about 10 miles from the Kentucky border. We are way out in the sticks...too far out for me, but it is perfect for us right now. The kids have lots of room to run and play, which is what is important right now. Once Jasen is here, we will start looking for a house to buy that is a little closer to Nashville. Enjoy!!

These top three pictures are of our drive up from Florida to Tennessee. Twelve hours in a car with four young children is not for the faint hearted, but with ice cream and a DVD player anything is possible

They discovered the closet!

Happy kids!

The best thing about being here is to be close to Dave, Jenn & Abby!!!

Your home looks lovely! What a beautiful place to live; too bad it is out in the boonies.

Great pictures of the road trip, settling in and Dave and Abby.

It was hard on everyone saying our so-called final good-byes to Jasen, but you never know, the Wickerts and Goulds may be back.

We'll be praying for a safe and uneventful road trip for Jasen and his Dad.

Love,

Rosie, Scott and Jenna

I only WISH I lived in the boonies!! I'm enjoying Philadelphia and all it has to offer, but I sure do miss having some space without people in it. :) Your house and yard look lovely.

Given Evan's climbing record I bet it won't be too long before you'll find him on the roof of the house. :)

Yes, Caren the house is a 3,000sq ft play room right now!! The kids love it. There is 2 1/2 acres that come with the property. It is very quiet and peaceful, and I can let the kids go out and play without worrying that they are going to get kidnapped!!!!

Well it all looks wonderful, boonies or not. What an adventure for you guys. We do miss you though, all of you. It's going to be hard to fill that front row, now that you ALL are gone. It was hard saying good-bye to Jasen, but he needs to be with you and he will be soon. Good thing for blogging, as it does keep people in contact. Give the kids a big hug from Virgil and Patsy!!!
