Finally A Nice Day!

Today was the first really nice day for weeks. It has been so cold and snowy it's made it difficult to get out and do anything. So now most of the snow is gone, and the temperatures are no longer sub zero, we decided to take a walk down to the playground after lunch.
Things started out a little rough for Evan
He was soon smiling again!

Cute. Yes, we're finally getting out again too! I didn't realize the playground had play equipment. I haven't looked at it for a while I guess. We'll have to try it sometime!

Two posts in one week! It's nice to see some pictures and read about your doings (even though I can talk to you ). :) I like the top pic of the four kids together.

You seem to take a lot of pictures of Evan in precarious situations. :)

Becky, Most of Evans life is spent in precarious positions!! He is very much the monkey of the bunch. I know it seems a little sick that I take pictures when I should be assisting my child, but sometimes he is just so comical I can't pass up the moment :)

I don't blame you. You'll have the pictures when he's grown up to show him what he put you through. :)

Glad you had some nice weather to enjoy. It seems to have been a harsher winter than usual up there. The first picture of all four kids is great!!

We have had many sunny days here in Kansas but the wind that blows takes the 20 degrees to minus 10 or so. The wind is so frigid. The kids play out for 5 or 10 minutes and are ready to come in. Even the dogs don't want to stay out. On the news last night, the weatherman pointed out that it was warmer in Alaska than here, fancy that.
