We are trying not to get to excited as we do have to sell our house first, so there is a possibility that someone else may make an offer and be able to close before we can, however we believe that if this is the home for us, it will be kept for us :) Here are a couple of pictures, Jasen will have lots more next week.

Off to Tennessee again!
Jasen left for Tennessee again tonight. We put an offer in on a house last week and it was accepted with a couple of contingencies, one being Jasen's approval of the house, as it is one we haven't seen in person yet, and two, being the sale of our house. We are tentatively excited about this place as it pretty much fits in with our desires for a new home. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, a full finished basement rec room, 5 acres and one of the best things about it is that it has a detached 3 car garage with 1600 sq ft of living space above it, perfect for company!!

Is that whole lawn in the bottom picture part of the property? Great place for kids to play! But mowing it would be quite a chore! :) You could make a golf course!
Yes Caren, that is the front yard!! Lots of room for your kids to play too when you come to visit :)
Wow Helen, that sounds like the perfect house! Where is it in Tennessee? Since there is room for company, you will have room for us. Trust in the Lord.

With great lawns come great responsibility. Better put a riding lawn mower in your budget.
Perhaps you might consider a couple of goats and/or horses to help out. As long as I am thinking in those terms, why not add a few chickens (great fertilizer) and bunnies and a dairy cow. You have four kids to help out with chores. haha
Here Jasen is...right across the table from me at Panera's(if ya don't know what that is...we'll take ya when ya move to TN). CAN'T WAIT TILL YOU ALL GET HERE!!!!!!!!!!!
It looks like a lovely place to live! The only bummer now is this is one step closer to the Wickerts leaving Ketchikan.....

Veta, we already have a riding lawn mower in Florida so we'll be grounds keepers for Helen and Jasen in return for a roof over our heads!!!! (Just kidding)
The post says the garage space is "perfect for company." You'll have three bedrooms, that leaves room for the company!!
Ladies, there is no need to fight! We have plenty of room for everyone, and for those who don't mind meager accomodations, the cow barn will be available too :)
I knew it. There is a cow in your future! So when do we get to hear about the results of Jasen's return vist to Tenn. My goodness woman, aren't you packed yet??
